- 2 semi-private sessions per week. These sessions are your #1 priority to build strength and lean muscle in order to boost your metabolism for the long term. You will do your personalized plan with your coach and up to 3 other participants. Your coach is there to ensure that your personalized training plan is done safely and effectively for maximum results.
- Unlimited metabolic training sessions. You won’t see rows of cardio equipment like in most gyms. Our metabolic training sessions will help you burn calories and give you the cardio benefits you are looking for.
