The Fitness Center is open 24/7 to accommodate the busy lifestyle of our members. We pride ourselves on being a no contract facility and having significantly low rates. We are also a locally veteran owned business working towards making a healthy impact on the Wabash Valley.
Our facility is filled with equipment, and trainers willing to help you, guaranteeing the success in your health goals. Free weights, rowing machines, stationary bikes, squat racks, a crossfit training area, and classes such as HIIT, Zumba, and yoga, are just some of the perks the Fitness Center has.

Our trainers will sit down with you and review your health background to figure out a plan that is designed specifically for you to get the best results out of your workouts.
Sport & Nutrition
We’re not like other facilities that offer you free junk food. The Fitness Center cares about the health of our current and future members. Every Friday we have fresh, local, and healthy food from a local grocery store available free to take. We also work with the same store to come up with healthy and delicious recipes for our members.
Physical Therapy
Injury prevention is something we take seriously at the Fitness Center. When you sit down for a personalized workout plan, our trainers make sure each technique is safe for your needs. We also correct any mistakes we see our members making. If you need help recovering from an injury, our trainers and staff will help you through the rehabilitation process.

Why Training
Popular Programs
All of our fitness equipment, metabolic classes, and nutrition guidance are designed to have each and every one of our members in mind. At the Fitness Center, we are here to help, encourage, and educate you on the most efficient way for you to exceed in your health and fitness goals.
Zumba
Our Zumba classes are offered every Thursday evening. In one Zumba class, a person can burn up to 600 calories, depending on the energy put forth. Zumba is a great, fun way to take the pain out of working out.
HIIT
HIIT classes are every Tuesday afternoon and Saturday morning. These are high intensity full body workouts that will help you lose body fat, surpass your fitness plateaus, and grow your bodies limitations.
Yoga
Yoga is offered every Monday and Wednesday evening. Yoga classes are a great way to work on breathing techniques, meditation, and strength. Kids are also welcome to join!
